Sexual harassment is a form of sex discrimination that violates the fundamental right to equality and dignity. It creates a hostile environment that affects an individual's work or academic performance.
Sexual harassment includes:
- Unwelcome sexually determined behavior (whether directly or by implication)
- Physical contact and advances
- Demand or request for sexual favors
